The only choice. Well made and easy to clean. We’ve had our first one for over 10 years now and it’s still going strong.

A excellent hummingbird feeder, plenty of room for everyone to take a drink. The first one I had I dropped and it leaked it was 14 years old and would have still keep going strong.

I received my Happy Eight 2 Hummingbird Feeder (H8-2) yesterday. As I was assembling the feeder i noticed that the brass hanger rod was poorly aligned with the body of the feeder. At first I thought that the rod was bent, but it was perfectly straight. The problem seems to be that the metal insert into which the rod screws is at a slight angle to the body of the feeder. This is causing a tilt so that the feeder drips out of the feeder ports when full. The top cap thus also does not sit flush on the top of the feeder, which may potentially allow insect access to the nectar. I will probably end up having to mount the feeder on a pole into the threads on the base to eliminate the tilt problem.

Followup to previous review. The tilt problem can be corrected by not screwing in the brass rod all the way. There is sufficient tolerance in the threads to allow the feeder to hang straight if the rod is not tight.
